Non-violent communication

4.Understand that what people say is not always what they really need

5.You can guess people feelings and needs, but know you can never be sure

6.Say your own opinion in such a way that it does not sound as a judgement or rejection of others

Think of how you can say your own opinion without hurting them.

If you are in the equality group, explore the deeper needs of the traditional values group.

If you are in the traditional values group, explore the deeper needs of the equality group.

If you are in the middle group, explore the deeper needs of the more extreme group that you are most puzzled about.
